About Caballeros

Caballeros is located in the beach town of Punta Hermosa, 43 km south of Lima, near km 35 of the Panamericana Sur highway. Next to Señoritas beach, it is an essential surf stop along the capital's southern coastline and one of the most consistent, high-quality waves in the area.\n\nIt is a reef break that peels over a rocky platform, although the shoreline has some sand. The wave is predominantly a long, powerful, and well-shaped right-hander, though it also offers left sections. Its reputation comes from those consistent rights that, on larger swells, reach considerable size and power. Recommended for intermediate to advanced surfers.
